"I incorporate images of cultures from an earlier time with images from nature, which are rooted in my human experience and psyche. Reality and fantasy intermingle allowing the audience to imagine another time and place. Through watercolor, I enjoy transparency, opacity, glazing and drawing in ways that fulfill my aesthetics."
